Production:
Our manufacturing plant is located at Kalol which is Approx 5 to 6 kms away from Ahmedabad, surrounded by pollution free environment. We have a very large state-of-the-art manufacturing unit equipped with semi- automatic system. The plant is designed in such a way that it meets the stringent requirement of the regulated markets. Our plant is audited by most of the Indian multi-national pharmaceuticals and cosmetic companies.
We have dedicated quality control laboratory built with sophisticated instruments to carry out instrumental, physical, chemical and microbiological testing, which strives to supply best quality products at very affordable prices.
The plant is operated by our highly-skilled, experienced and well qualified chemical engineers, pharmacists, chemists and operators, and they are involved at all levels, from the elaboration of batch master record to in-process controls and batch validation.
Analytical Lab:
We have recently expanded and renovated our facility in such a way that we can accommodate pharmaceutical and cosmetics analysis under the single roof, formulation’s analysis, testing and stability studies, while providing full regulatory compliance.
Our state of the art instrumentation includes, Laminar Air, BOD Incubator, Brookfield viscometer, pH meter, Auto dissolution apparatus, Stability chamber etc. These are supported by the latest computer systems and network to handle data acquisitions, auditing and reporting which assures accuracy of results and flexibility in customer reporting requirements.
We also provide compiled stability data for our client's projects for industries like pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, food etc.
Technical Service Lab:
We realize that, to make our customers delighted only effective technical advice, sufficient samples, commercial support are not enough but providing practical input to real problem faced by customers is also equally important. This can be achieved only by having our own lab. Our technical service lab is located at Ahmedabad, Western part of India in the same premises of our head office.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include pH meter, Pulitzer, weighing balance, Brookfield viscometer, Dryer, Oven, BOD Incubator, Colony Counter, Hot Air Oven, and Laminar Air – Horizontal etc.
